Book Review 3: The Purpose Driven Life, Rick Warrens.

“Jesus at the center of it all, yes Jesus at the center of it all from beginning to the end it has always been it will always be you Jesus”. Lines from a song by William Macdowell, I am passionate about music so don’t be surprised when I bring it in from time to time.

Day 5: Seeing Life From God’s View.

We don’t See things as they are, we see them as we are.

Anaïs Nin

What is your life?

James 4:14

On this day Rick says, the way you see your life shapes your life, how you define your life determines your destiny, your perspective will influence how you invest your time, spend your money, use your talents and time and value your relationships. One of the best ways to understand other people is to ask them, “How do you see your life?”, You will discover that there are as many different answers to that question as there are people, some say it’s a puzzle, a journey, a dance, among others. People have said “Life is a carousel: sometimes you’re up, sometimes you’re down and sometimes you just go round and round. If I asked how you picture life, what image would come to your mind?, That image is your life metaphor, it’s your description of how life works and what your expect from it. Your unspoken life metaphor influences your life more than you realize, it determines your expectations, your values, your relationships, your goals and your priorities. For instance, if you think life is a party, your primary value in life will be having fun, if you see life as a race, you will value speed and will probably be in a hurry much of the time, What is your view of life? You may be basing your life on a faulty life metaphor, to fulfill the purpose God made you for, you will have to challenge conventional wisdom and replace it with the biblical metaphor.

Don’t conform yourself to the standards of this world, but let God transform you inwardly by a complete change of your mind. Then you will be able and I know the will of God.

He continues and says, the Bible offers three metaphors that teach us God’s View of life, which are life is a test, a trust and life is a temporary assignment, these ideas are the foundation of purpose driven life. Life On Earth Is a Test, this life metaphor is seen in stories throughout the Bible, God continually tests people’s character, truth, obedience, love, integrity and loyalty. Character is both develop and revealed by tests and all of life is a test, you are always being tested, we don’t know all the tests God will give you. God wants you to pass the tests of life so he never allows the tests you facw to be greater than the grace he gives you to handle them. Everytime your pass a test God notices and makes plans to reward you in eternity. Life on Earth is a Trust, the second metaphor everything we enjoy is to be treated as a trust that God has placed in our hands, the first job God gave humans was to manage and take care of God’s stuff on Earth as good stewards.

Day 6: Life Is a Temporary Assignment.

Lord, remind me how brief my time one earth will be. Remind me that my days are numbered and that my life is fleeing away.

Pslams 39:4

I am here on Earth for just a little while.

Psalms 119:19

Warren says, life on earth is a temporary assignment, the Bible is full of metaphors that teach about the brief, temporary, transient nature of life, to make the best use of your life, you must never forget two truths.
First, compared with eternity, life is extremely brief. Second, earth is only a temporary
residence. You won’t be here
long, so don’t get too attached, ask God to help you see life on
earth as he sees it. David prayed,
“Lord, help me to realize how brief my time on earth will be. Help me to know that I am here for but a moment more.” Your identity is in eternity, and
your homeland is heaven, when
you grasp this truth, you will stop worrying about “having it all” on earth, the Bible is
clear “Friends, this world is not
your home, so don’t make yourselves cozy in it. Don’t indulge your ego at the expense of your soul.”

God warns us to not get too attached to what’s around us because it is temporary, the fact that earth is not our ultimate home explains why, as followers of Jesus, we experience difficulty, sorrow, and rejection in this world. It also explains why some of God’s promises seem unfulfilled, some prayers seem unanswered, and some circumstances seem unfair. This is not the end of the story, in order to keep us from becoming too attached to earth, God allows us to feel a significant amount of discontent and dissatisfaction in life, longings that will never be fulfilled on this side of eternity. We’re not completely happy here because we’re not supposed to be! Earth is not our final home, we were created for something much better. You will never feel
completely satisfied on earth,
because you were made for more, you will have happy moments here, but nothing compared with what God has planned for you. Realizing that life on earth is just a temporary assignment should radically alter your values, Eternal values, not temporal ones, should become the deciding factors for your decisions, remember that you are not home yet, at death you won’t leave home, you’ll go home.

All that is not Eternal is eternally useless.

As we remember that life is a test, a trust, and atemporary
assignment, let me rest at that today. Thank you for indulging.

Till then in the next series. Stay safe.

Are You a Phlegmatic, Melancholy, Choleric Or Sanguine?

Knowing your Temperament will help you as an individual get to know how to relate with other people.

Hey most beloved of the most high! How can I describe a God that’s Indescribable, how can I explain a love that’s Unexplainable a song by William Macdowell, I love his music alot in fact I always listen to it, as I was in my peace reading a book yesterday this song was softly playing in the background. I love listening to music playing softly in the background as I read, I was thinking we can’t describe God but he knows us inside out, why don’t we allow him take control of everything in our lives because he made us, he knows what’s best for us always, Think about it.

Well that was just food for thought as we penetrate through today’s topic, my major focus today is about the different types of temperaments, am picking up from where I drop it last time. Again am going to ask do you know your temperament? There are four types of temperaments which are divide into two which we all hear about but my major focus will be on the rearly talked about four; which includes Sanguine, choleric, melancholic and phlegmatic.

The Sanguine’s are extroverted and referred to as “the talkers”. They are expressive in personality, desire influence, and being enthusiastic with people in expressing thoughts with excitement and being the center of attention, Sanguine is sociable and charismatic, generally warm-hearted, pleasant, lively, optimistic, creative, compassionate, and outgoing. They are cheerful, easily attracts others and makes friends, inspires others to work
and join in the fun, sincere
at heart, always a child, creative
and colorful, possesses energy
and enthusiasm, loves people, is a great volunteer, thrives on
compliments, and doesn’t hold
grudges. The Sanguine likes to
talk alot, struggles with
completing tasks, chronically
late and tends to forget their
obligations, bases their decisions primarily on feelings.
Sanguines their homes are often
disorganized, and the only time you find everyone silent is when they are sleeping!
Sanguine people usually possess
high amounts of energy, so they
often seem restless and
spontaneous, the Bible
characters that seem to best fit the characteristics of a Sanguine are King David and Peter

The Choleric is the strongest of the extroverted temperaments, and is sometimes referred to as a “Type A” personality, “the doer”, they are hard driving individual known for accomplishing goals, they have a lot of aggression, energy, and passion, they try to instill it in others. Dominant in personality Cholerics desire control, and are best at jobs that demand strong control and authority, and require
quick decisions and instant
attention. The Choleric is the
most insensitive, they systematize everything, are all about independence, and donot do well in a subordinate positions. They are goal oriented and have a wonderful focus as they work, they do not trust easy,
they need to investigate the facts
on their own, relying on their own logic and reasoning. Negatively, they are
bossy, domineering, impatient,
can’t relax, quick tempered, easily angered, unsympathetic, enjoy arguments, too impetuous, and can dominate people of other temperaments, especially the phlegmatic types. The
Bible characters that seem to best
fit the characteristics of a Choleric are the apostle Paul, James, Martha and Titus.

I am an introvert, type melancholic. what about you find out.

Then my temperament those who know me can relate and those that don’t know me just take a simple lesson of me, Melancholic are introverted and
thoughtful. Melancholies are referred to as “the thinker.” their analytical personality’s desire caution and restraint, best at attending to details and in analyzing problems too difficult for others, they tend to be deep-thinkers and feelers
who often see the negative
attributes of life, rather than the
good and positive things. They
are self-reliant and independent
and get wholly involved in what they are doing. Melancholies can be highly creative in activities
such as art, literature, music, healthcare and ministry, and can
become preoccupied with the
tragedy and cruelty in the world,
they long to make a significant
and lasting difference in the
world. Melancholies usually have
a high degree of perfectionist
tendencies, especially in regards
to their own lives or performance. They are serious, purposeful, analytical, musical, artistic, talented, creative, self-sacrificing, idealistic, philosophical, and hold themselves to a very high
standard, they tend to be highly
organized, schedule oriented,
economical, tidy, neat, detail
conscious, finish what they start. Sadly, many Melancholies are also victims of deep bouts of depression that come from great dissatisfaction, disappointment, hurtful words or events. Melancholy personalities are people who have a deep love for others, while usually holding
themselves in contempt, in short,
melancholies take life very
seriously(too much so sometimes) and it often leaves them feeling blue, helpless or even hopeless. They are extremely loyal in friendships. Most melancholies have a low self- image, are inclined toward
depression, think “self-promotion”
is tacky, are continually into
“fixingthemselves”, are
notoriously “guilty” (they have an
over-active conscious), and tend to worry much too often about their health. The Bible characters that seem to best fit the characteristics of a Melancholy are Moses and Abraham.

“if you have a Melancholy for a friend, you have a friend for life”

Old Saying.

The Phlegmatic temperament people are relaxed and quiet,
ranging from warmly attentive to lazily sluggish. They are
referred to as “the watcher”,
they are best in positions of unity
and mediation, and solid in
positions that desire steadiness, avoids conflict, inoffensive, quiet but witty, greeable and intuitive. Though they are very peaceful, patient and adaptable, they tend to be reluctant, indecisive and a worrier. They are wonderful at gathering facts, classifying them, and seeing the relationship between them, basically, they are good at generalizing, seeing the bigger picture, and reading between the lines. They are accepting, affectionate, frequently shy, and often prefer stability to uncertainty and change. Because they are fearful, indecisive and hesitant of things in life, they have a compromising nature.
Phlegmatics often worries about
everything, they want to know
other people’s deepest feelings
and strive to build intimate
attachments with just about
everyone in their lives, they are
interested in cooperation and
interpersonal harmony, and this is why they preserve their family
ties and friendships. They could
be described as considerate,
charitable, sympathetic, trusting, warm, calm, relaxed, consistent,
rational, curious, and observant,
this makes them good
administrators. The Phlegmatic
temperament is deemed to be a
neutral temperament, the Bible
characters that seem to best fit the characteristics of a Phlegmatic are Joseph, Timothy and Barnabas.

Well, my dear readers this has been so long, but we have finally come to a conclusion for today, till next time as I come back with the last series on temperaments.

Thank you for tuning in and reading. Stay blessed.

Questions and Answers

How is your relationship with God. This is the most challenging question, well, my relationship with God is fair, because I feel it’s not where it should be, I mean at a point where I completely depend on God. But I read the bible, try to fellowship with my fellow Christians, watch videos of people who speak about God, I love listening to Priscilla Shirer and I try to do the right things though it ain’t easy, for we all sin and fall short of God’s glory.

Where do you see yourself five years from now? I see myself spreading the love of God, through any platform that God will put me on. What am sure of is I always want to spread genuine love to others so that they are transformed.

What is your take on Relationships in this generation? Well, this depends on what type of relationship that we are talking about, but generally, in this generation there are a few people with genuine love for others(mankind) and relationships have to built on love. This is simply because people have become so much lovers of material gains, which makes them to only love people for what they can give. Yet relationships are supposed to be built on unconditional love, since to love is to protect. That’s why the greatest commandment according to christ is love. If you truly love someone you can’t hurt them no matter what.

How many children would you love to have? It will also depend on my future husband, but I want minimum of Three and maximum of four.

Do you think couples dating have sex, kiss or even cuddle? Well all this comes with self control, we are human beings who are naturally weak. And I think, one thing leads to the other, Cuddling leads to kissing and sex. Young women of Jerusalem, swear to me that you will not awaken love or arouse love before its proper time! (Songs of Solomon 8:4).

Favourite color? I love pink with all of my life. My friends say am a girly girl, because of pink. A friend of mine calls me pinky.

If you would ask one thing from God, what would it be?                      I always ask and will always ask for God’s presence in my life. Without God am nothing, completely nothing.

What has been your worst experience in lockdown?       Well, it was when the president of Uganda refused online exams, yet UCU my University was planning to administer online exams. It was sad since I just wanted the semester to officially get done.

What was your dream job when a kid?       I have always wanted to become a lawyer, always.

What countries have you been to?   I have only been to Uganda for now.

Advice to me? My advise is going to be in a song I love music. Well I know that you are Christian, as Christians we are supposed to put God at the center of everything but we always put him aside and try to do things ourselves which of course we can’t. My advise is that you must al put God at the center of everything. The song goes Jesus at the center of it all from beginning to the end it has always been it will all be you jesus, by William Macdowell. Listen to it.

Book Review 2: The Purpose Driven Life, Rick Warrens.

Hello to everyone reading from all the different corners of the world! Your very much welcome to today’s series on the purpose driven, let’s pick up from where we ended last time. Well you’ll this is the second review and it’s a continuation, as I said last time that, I will be coming in with two chapters per series today am talking about day three and four, just plug in.

“the man without a purpose is like a ship without a rudder _ a waif, a nothing, a no man.”

Thomas Carlyle.

Day 3: What Drives Your Life. Rick starts this day, by saying that Everyone, absolutely everyone’s life is driven by something, I don’t know what drives you but what am sure of is that you surely have a drive. Drive is to guide, control or direct according to the dictionary. What is the driving force in your life? right now you may be driven by a problem, pressure, or a deadline among others. Warrens goes ahead to discuss the five major things that drives many people which includes the following;. 1. Many People are Driven by Guilt. He says that, they spend their entire lives running from regrets and hiding their shame, Guilt-driven people are manipulated by memories, they allow the past to control their future. For example, when Cain sinned, his guilt disconnected him from God’s pressure and God said, “You will be a restless wanderer on the earth”. God’s purpose is not limited by your past, he turned a murderer named Moses into a leader, and a coward named Gideon into courageous hero, and he can do amazing things with the rest of your life too. Get rid of your guilt and turn it unto God dear friend.

2. Many People are Driven by Resentment and Anger. On this, he says that, such people hold on to hurts and never get over them, instead of releasing the pain through forgiveness they rehearse it over and over in their mind, resentment always hurts you more than the person you resent. Your past is past, nothing will change it, your only hurting yourself with bitterness, for your own sake, learn from it, let it go and move on please. 3. Many People are Driven by Fear. Rick says that, fear may be as a result of a traumatic experience, unrealistic expectations, growing up in a high-control home, or even genetic predisposition, fear-driven people often miss great opportunities because they’re afraid to venture out they play it safe and avoid risk. Fear is self imposed prison that will keep you from becoming what God intends for your to be. You must move against it with the weapons of faith and love

4. Many People are Driven by Materialism. Here he says that, people’s desire to acquire becomes the whole goal of their lives, this drive to always want more based on the misconception that having more will make me more happy, possession only provide temporary happiness. Real security and happiness can only be found in that which can never be taken from you, which is your relationship with God. 5. Many People are Driven by the Need for Approval. Many youths are victims of this, they allow the expectations of parents, spouses, teachers or friends control their lives, many adults are still trying to earn the approval of unpleasable parents, others are driven by peer pressure. Unfortunately, those who follow the crowd usually get lost in it, nothing matters more than knowing God’s purpose for your life and nothing can compensate for not knowing them. Without a purpose, life is a motion without meaning, without direction an event without reason. Without a purpose life is pointless.

Rick Warrens also talks about, The Benefits of Purpose Driven Living, which are also five and includes that following; 1. Knowing your purpose gives meaning to your life, that is to say, we were made to have meaning, without God life has no purpose, without purpose life has no meaning, without meaning life has no significance or hope. 2. It simplifies your life, in other words it defines what you do and what you don’t do. 3. It focuses your life, this concentrates your efforts on what is important, you become effective by being selective. 4. It motivates your life, he says that, purpose always produces passion, nothing energizes like a clear purpose friends. 5. It prepares you for eternity. This is the end of Day 3, Let’s go on to Day 4.

” I observed that the basic motive for success is the driving force of envy and jealousy!”

Ecclesiastes 4:4
The most beautiful book I have read join me in reading it.

“surely God wouldn’t have created such a being as man to exist only for a day! No no, man was made for immortality.”

Abraham Lincoln.

Day 4: Made to Last Forever. I don’t know about you but this statement makes my heart jump with joy, Rick says, this life is not all there is, life on earth is just the dress rehearsal before the real production, you will spend far more time on the other side of death in eternity, than you will here. This life is preparation for the next, at most you will live a hundred years on earth, but you will spend forever in eternity, you are made to last forever. You have an inborn instinct that longs for immortality, this is because God designed you in his image, to live for eternity. One day your heart will stop beating, that will be the end of your body and your time on earth, but it will not be the end of you, your earthly body is just a temporary residence for your spirit. The Bible calls your earthly body a “tent”, but refers to your future body as a “house”.

“God has….planted eternity in the human heart”

Ecclesiastes 3:11

As I end for today my readers, I want to remind you that you matter so very much to God he loves you and he knows the purpose that he made you for. Just ask him he will definitely show you your purpose.

Thank you for reading my blog. Your welcome to read the next review on Monday. Tomorrow I will come in with continuation of temperaments. Love you! Stay blessed.

Do You Know Your Temperament?

Am an introvert – melancholic.
What about you?

Hey you’ll!

Hope you’ll well in this current lock down situation all over the world! Many of the answers for human behavior can be found in people’s temperaments or personalities. Well, with that said, let me open my today’s focus which is basically on, what temperaments are? Do you know your temperament? It may sound normal but I urge you to get to know what your temperament/personality is, it will help you understand why you behave the way that you do.

“there are “reasons” for everything we do as human beings, though it is often difficult for us to understand why we think like we think, feel like we feel, or act like we acting life”

Dr. D. W. Ekstrand.

Knowing your temperament will help you understand your different behaviors and feelings, a genetic explanation
of human“Temperaments” or “
Personalities” is that all of us
have been born with genetically
inherited “behavioral tendencies” that are as much a part of our DNA as is the color of our hair, so our human
behavior is shaped equally by our environment and by our DNA. Thus, all of us as human beings have been hard-wired by our Creator and we have all been
impacted by the world around us.

Extroverts are people who enjoy other people’s company and are very happy when relating with others. They are open to public and sociable places. Extroverts are very good at relating with others, these are the people that can start a conversation with anyone much easier than an introvert.

Highly extroverted Personalities like the Choleric and Sanguine personality-types are more “out-going,” more sociable,
and more comfortable in a crowd, even standing out in a crowd, they are highly relational beings. While highly introverted Personalities like the
Melancholy and Phlegmatic personalities are more shy and“reserved”and feel anxious about being in crowd, especially at being singled-out in a crowd, unlike extroverts these are very organizational beings, some people call them the perfectionist.

Introverts are the people that are very comfortable and prefer being alone in their own personal space and they have no problem with it, they are reserved.

All that said, you have to know that all human beings have a degree of each of these four personality
types within them, though each
person will definitely test out
higher in one,with another being
a close second. No individual
only possesses one personality
type, and most of us have a very
strong secondary temperament. Whatever your
temperament or personality is, God is the one who has given you the abilities and sensitivities that you possess, and He has given those things to you for a purpose, that you might faithfully work at
developing them and using them
in His service.

You Should take one of the
personality tests available today,
you would discover that you
possess dominant characteristics
in a couple of the temperaments,
and each kind of personality has a general characteristic associated with it. I would love to stop here and pick it up next time with more description of the temperaments in depth. Thank you for joining in today, hope you have taken a thing or two.

Till tomorrow as I come in with the purpose driven life. Lots of love, stay blessed.

Book Review: The Purpose Driven Life, Rick Warrens.

Take time and smile because your alive it’s reason enough.

Hope your well my estimated readers! As I had initially promise to be bringing in series about the book that am currently reading “The Purpose Driven Life” by Rick Warrens. Which am very excited to share with you all, because it has impacted a lot on my life ever since I started reading it. Well am going to begin by introducing the author and the book first, so that as we dive in, we have a clue on what we are getting into.

Pastor Rick Warrens.
Rick Warrens is an American evangelical Christian pastor and author. Pastor Rick is the bestselling author of many Christian books, some of which include; purpose driven life, purpose driven church, 40 Days in the Lord, among others. I have read one so far, am looking forward to reading others of his writing, since I love this particular one.

” I was called to full-time ministry when I was a 19year old student at California Baptist University”

Rick Warrens.
This is how the book looks like on top cover.
This book the purpose driven life was published in 2002, it’s a Bible study book that offers 40 days personal spiritual journey to the reader.
Warrens was encouraged by Billy Graham to write this book.

“the purpose driven life might have never been written if Billy Graham had not believed in me”

Rick Warrens

What on Earth am I here for? Is the question that Rick Warrens asks at the beginning of his book and probably it’s the same question that each and everyone of us asks him/herself especially when the going gets tough. So this book has to be read systematically since a chapter is equivalent to a day. Rick recommended one chapter per day so they are well indicated. But am going to handle two days per series and today we are taking day one first and day two.

Day one: It all Starts With God. The purpose for your life is far greater than your own personal fulfilment, if you want to know why you were placed on the this planet, you must begin with God. In other words ask God to tell you your purpose, since you were born by his purpose and for his purpose. You can not arrive at your life’s purpose by starting with a focus on yourself, you must be with God. You where made by God for God, it’s only in God that we discover our origin, our identity, our meaning, purpose, our significance and our destiny. We have to learn and know that we are nothing without God, life is about letting God use you for his purpose, focusing on ourselves will never reveal our life’s purpose. You where made by God and for God, until you understand that life will never make sense, God is not just the starting point of your life , he is the source of it. To discover the purpose in life, you must turn to God’s word, you discover your identity and purpose through a relationship with Jesus Christ. Question, do you have a relationship with God?

“for everything, absolutely everything, above and below, visible and invisible, everything got started in him and finds its purpose in him”

Colossians 1:16

Day Two: You Are Not An Accident. Often times we are told or we even think we are mistakes due to the different circumstances that we face in life, but you are not a mistake God himself planned for you, your his greatest creation. Your birth was no mistake, your parents may not have planned for you, but God did. It’s not fate, nor a chance, nor luck, nor coincidence that you are breathing at this very moment. You are alive because God wanted to create you. God prescribed every single detail of your body, he custom made your body just the way he wanted. God had a plan in creating you, God’s Purpose took in account human error and even sin, God never does anything accidentally and he never makes mistakes, Every person was designed with a purpose in mind. God designed this planet’s environment just so we could live in it, we are the focus of his love and the most valuable of all his creation, God made you so he could love you. You’re just what he wanted to make, you are who you are for a reason and because there is God.

“I am your creator. Your were in my care even before you were born”

Isaiah 44:29.

“God Doesn’t Play Dice”

Albert Einstein.

As I conclude, do you know your purpose in life? If not, As I continue with the series you shall find out. Thanks for finishing with me this series till next time. Take care.

My Reason For This Blog.

Hi my dear readers,

So for starters I just created this blog site to get to write down my views basically about life, faith and culture. And toa understand what each and everyone of my readers has to say about my views as I express them on my site. I love sharing what I read about, learn and experience. I feel that this site will help me grow and know how best to express my views to different congregations that I meet through my writing and in person.

That’s me in African dress on a cultural ceremony.

Because your views as my readers really matter to me and it helps me develop not only my site but also my life as a person. This blog site is basically to share my thoughts and views about what I read, learn and experience in my life, culture and Faith.

I can assure you that we can accomplish everything we want in life if only we set our hearts to it and believe that we can do it. You are your main motivator in your life, So friend when you fall lift yourself up, clean yourself and carry on. Your the best version of your self.

Eleanor Roosevelt says “Life is what you make it. Always has been, always will be”.

Feel free. Live your life.

About faith! the Bible is our best reference on how to get everything that we need in life. Therefore we only have to ask from our father in heaven for anything and he will surely provide. And never forget God loves you, the only love we are 💯% sure of is God’s. He loved you before you loved him, let me share this common scripture with you.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life”. John 3:16
“for the earth is the Lord’s, and all it contains”. 1 Corinthians 10:261

You need the Bible to guide you in your path.

Then as for culture! we all have a culture no matter the tribe, color or which part of the world that you come from among others. I just argue you beloved of God to hold on to Your culture and embrace it. Your culture is your identity in society embrace it.

“If we are to preserve culture we must continue to create it” by Johan Huizinga

Embrace and preserve your culture.

Thanks so much for reading hope you have learnt a thing or two from this post. Those are the areas that am going to keep talking about everything now and then.

Purpose In Life

She is my father’s photocopy.
Does you Life Have a Purpose? Do you know it?

Lately I was feeling lost, completely lost because I had slide away from my relationship with God which is the most important relationship in life, I had let go of my faith and compromised my principles in very weird ways. And sadly when ever we are going astray we hardly realise since we tend to be too busy with whatever we have allowed to keep us away from what is the right way to go.

But Just Two weeks ago in this WhatsApp group that am in, a person sent a book in the group and as if God was talking to me to grab that book and read it to reconnect with him. This book is called “The Purpose Driven Life” by Rick Warrens, it’s more of a Christian book that enables us understand our purpose through creating a relationship with God and understand that he made us for his purpose.

There is also this other WhatsApp group that my friend Sarah Teira Nagobi added me in still few weeks ago and it has also been of very much help to redirect me back to my connection with God and be able to rekindle my relationship with God. So I am grateful to God for this quarantine time it has enabled me to sit down and think about my walk with God.

To me my relationship with God is very important because I can not do anything without him, I need God to be at the center of my life and Rick Warrens in his book The Purpose Driven Life puts it so well that God holds the manual of our lifes, Rick says that we can only understand our purpose through a relationship with God.

Am not sure if I know the purpose for my life. So am yet to be sure or find out as I continue interacting with this great book.

Thanks Friend for Reading. And you are welcome to read The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warrens.
