For starters, I don’t know wheather I have been terribly busy, just inconsistent or if the spirit of laziness is catching up with me Not sure, Hahah. I need your prayers readers, I have taken quite long without indulging in writing, due to reasons am not sure I can explain, but I am truly sorry my dear readers, forgive my inconsistency.

So today am playing the role of a medical personal, due to the issue that I am talking about, please feel free to call me Dr. Kevin (While at it don’t forget to *wink* COVID 19 period) hahaha. Anyways, am very excited to share with you my thoughts and views as usual, and am basically talking about WorkOuts. Let’s dive in friends……….

Well I won’t say that am a star in the fitness field or that am consistent in my workouts but atleast I try to do my best. So my best kind of workout is jogging where by I usually wake up early in the morning like around 6:30am or 7am putting in mind the curfew, I also I chose early mornings for jogging because the sun isn’t yet out (I don’t like the sun), I get to start my day fresh and besides, at that time the business on the roads is less since I jog by the roadside. So that is the kind of exercise that I engage in,to keep fit and healthy but while at campus I do some aerobics, am not good at dancing (infact you don’t want to see me dance) but well, I really enjoy aerobics.

I have just shared with you my workout secret, what about you, what do you do for you workout routine (just drop it in as a comment so that I can see if I will change mine and pick up yours). Anyways, Do you workout? If not better start thinking of a workout routine that is best for you, there are very many that you can pick out from, some people prefer to workout at the comfort of their homes, other people prefer going to the gym, while others like me rather go out and run or jog by the roadside, fields or even play grounds. It’s up to you to choose which one works best for you and take it up, it doesn’t hurt to exercise or workout rather you get to release some stress and fatigue which is very healthy. It also helps for “wine like aging” (age like sweet wine) have you had of it, people usually use it as birthday wishes.

During this lock down, some of us are just seated home with completely nothing to do that can help us burn those fats that we are letting into our bodies. Some of us wake, eat, sleep, eat and sleep again without doing anything, you will come out of that lock down when your overweight or even obsess so let’s get out of our “eat and sleep” routine and add working out on to the list, so that we keep healthy and in shape, such that we help our body system to function properly especially for the heart and brain which are important, for our healthy living.

For those that are working, you have to also spare just enough time to embark on your workouts, you can decide to wake up and do your some fitness exercise before you prepare to go for your work or you can decide to do it in the evenings when you return from work . It’s important to keep fit since it helps your body and mind function well and it’s also some sort of discipline that helps you as an individual keep in shape which is very healthy. I mean who doesn’t want to be healthy?

And the other thing, as you eat and workout don’t forget to eat the right food, eat a balanced diet (protein, carbohydrates, vitamins e t.c). Don’t over eat junk food, eat healthy not plenty friends, even when you have a variety of food to eat. Choose to eat that which will keep you body health and strong. Watch what you take in as you exercise and keep physically fit.
As I conclude beloved, do whatever your doing, wheather working, reading, eating, sleeping during this lock down. But don’t forget that you also need to keep healthy and in shape, don’t over eat, eat healthy. Remember your health is very important. Why suffer with health diseases when you can avoid them through workingout. Instill in yourself the workout discipline if you don’t have it, if you do have it just be religious to it and keep it up.
